ABOUT DONNA MAUL

Prior to forming a Palm Springs area real estate partnership with Nicki Randolph, Donna Maul had two other successful careers. She was an opera singer in the New York City area and then practiced civil rights and criminal law in Washington DC and corporate trial law in San Francisco. Donna is a Certified Probate & Trust Realtor Specialist. 

When it was time to move to the desert and start a new chapter, she chose real estate. Why?

Donna owned and renovated a 1959 Palm Springs property and fell in love with architecture in the Coachella Valley. She found she enjoyed the challenges of working with artisans and contractors in the home industry. Also, she wanted to use her years of negotiation experience and detail-oriented focus to handle the intricate process of buying and selling a home, land or investment property and to use her creative eye for design by doing real estate photography.

In addition to her photography hobby, Donna loves to cook and donates her time as a volunteer for the University of California Riverside master gardener program. A native of Detroit, she loves both the Motown sound and Motor City muscle cars.

So, in addition to advising you on photographing your home in its best light, being a tough negotiator and keeping your sale or purchase on track to close the transaction, she will be able to give you a prized recipe (or a Motown playlist) for your next dinner party and advice about your desert garden.
